There are several steps you need to do to ensure Warband scoring is enabled on your Raider.IO tooltip. First, we need to be sure that your account is set to public, as well as every character you want to contribute to your Warband score.
First, you need to go to Raider.IO and log into your account. From there, go to your account settings. Along the left side of the screen, you'll see your list of characters, and when you scroll down farther, you'll see several settings menus, including User Profile. Go to User Profile, and you'll want to set profile visibility to public. Be sure to save at the bottom of the window before you navigate to the next section.
Next, you need to ensure that every character you want to contribute to your warband score is also set to public. Also in your account settings, along the left side, you'll see a list of your characters. If you click on a character, you'll see that it has a privacy menu under it. You'll go to this menu. There, you'll want to set the character visibility to public. Be sure to save at the bottom before you navigate away from this menu.
You'll then want to go to the Addon Visibilty section that's also under the character specific options. You'll want to make sure that the "inherit from account settings" section is checked on each character that you want to contribute to your Warband score. If you want a specific character to not contribute to or display your Warband score, you will uncheck the inherit from account settings box and choose to hide each content type you don't want to display on your tooltip for that character.
Lastly, you'll want to go to the in-game settings menu for the addon. To do this, log into World of Warcraft, and then you'll want to type /rio to open the addon menu. Please reference the below screenshot to see which options need to be enabled for warband scoring. Be sure to save at the bottom of the window before closing it.
After you have all of this enabled, you should see the warband score section appear on your addon tooltip approximately 24 hours after all these settings have been turned on.
