What is the Raider.IO method for determining a guild kill?

For the time being unless one of the guilds has at least 7 players (11 for Mythic) in the raid, no kill will be rewarded. That said, we have strong plans to incorporate a “joint raiding” system into the site so that these symbiotic guilds are not left out. We actually have some off server players...
