To start, you will need to have your Guild Master go to the following area on the website:
- Log into Raider.IO.
- Go to your account settings.
- On the left side of your screen, you will see a Guild tab. Click on your guild and the tab will expand.
4. Go to Roles. Once you're here, you will be able to set custom roles for your guild.
Here are the different roles that you can set for your guild:
Admin: The role that has full control over your guild, and has access to change any setting.
Officer: Allowed the access of recruiter, profile manager, and also can edit roles.
Recruiter: Allows access to edit and create guild recruitment profiles, as well as interact with players that you reach out to, or reach out to you, that are interested in joining your guild.
Profile Manager: User is able to edit your guild page information.
NOTE: Group means guild.
You are able to assign these roles to different ranks in your guild. By default, rank 0 (guild master) is set to Admin, and rank 1 (officer) is set to Officer. The other ranks of Recruiter and Profile Manager can be assigned to whatever ranks you want them to be assigned to in your guild, which can be done in the drop downs below the role descriptions.
Using these drop downs, you can set the other ranks in your guild to either officer, recruiter, or profile manager. Choose the guild rank you want to edit, and then choose the role on the right that you want to set that rank to, and choose add.
NOTE: You can only add roles by guild rank, not by specific characters. If you need to just assign one specific player a specific role, move their character to an unused rank, then set that rank to the role you want it to have. Also note that we will need to rescan your guild for that character's new rank before it will take affect.
