You were probably removed from the addon due to inactivity and therefore that information no longer shows/isn't available.
A character's inactivity is defined as follows:
If it has been more than 7 days since a character last logged into the game and/or it's been more than 7 days since a character was last updated on the site.
Tip: If you use our client, every time you log out of the game it will scan your characters saving you from having to do it on your own.
